A baby is, without a doubt, a miracle. TWO BABIES is absolutely an amazing, unbelievable miracle!!! I enjoyed photographing sweet little Jake and Cole so much I cant even begin to describe it. Whenever I photograph newborns, I always have this moment. It usually happens when I’m trying to soothe them back to sleep or when I get to hold them for a bit to try to rock the fuss out of them, but never the less it happens. I am always struck deep down to the core at how amazing these babies are. They were all born into such intense love, they all have the entire world ahead of them. They are pure and innocent and precious and I thank goodness every day that I get to document their first few little days. Cole and Jake were no exception, if anything this feeling was intensified as I looked down at these two identical faces! Its also amazing that how at 2 weeks old these babies know the other one is there. Cole would fuss until he felt Jake and then he’d quiet right down. Their little hands would naturally wrap around the others, instinctively. Cole and Jake, I am so lucky to have witnessed your togetherness.
We CANNOT forget about the babies big brother Luke!!! Let me tell you, as awesome as those twins are this kiddo is pretty darn special. He is the sweetest little man, and within minutes of walking in was holding my hand and draping his arm around me. He snuggled his brothers, and held them better then any child his age. Not to mention he is crazy smart. Cole and Jake got lucky in the big brother department, thats for sure!
