Wedding Albums! A must do!

Products· Weddings

28 Jun

I decided its been a while since I posted some images of some wedding albums Ive done lately! So nows the time. Albums are an incredible way to make sure your wedding images are displayed in your new home together. Theres nothing more beautiful then an incredible archival album of your wedding art displayed around your home. So I grabbed some images Ive had on file for a bit to post!

Up first, Tara and Elio’s album. They chose the classic 10×10 version with an amazing black leather and a cut out image for their cover. Love.

Check out the amazingly thick pages. These pages will last through hundreds of people flipping through your album.

Up next, a little sample album I did for Jessica and Ale’s TPC wedding. I wanted to really show off the fun fabrics and leathers my album company offers.

Some of my favorite layouts from their album, telling the story of their day.

Jamie and Eric chose an amazingly hip, funky, and yet still very classic album cover. A cutout photo with a black patent leather cover with a white matte leather accent stripe. Love the little bit of flash.

Lindsay and Johns Album might be one of my all time favorites. We chose to design theirs a little larger then normal, a 10×13 vertical upgraded album with a canvas photo wrapped cover.

You can see the amazing texture of the canvas wrapped cover.

We also decided to add extra pages spreads to their album, maximizing the size of the images we included.

We kept Lindsays layout very clean and modern, a perfect representation of their modern wedding. The addition of the extra pages spreads meant we could space out their images from the day, keeping the layout clean and uncluttered.

I’ll be placing a large order in the next few months of albums from this years wedding season! Can’t wait to post more images!

If you have followed me for a minute I am sure you If you have followed me for a minute I am sure you would recognize this woman. When I photographed her Wedding years ago I had no idea how happy I would be to have @mrsmakeitrainka in my life!!!! She is an incredible Woman and Mom and a million other things. She has been such a wonderful friend to me and I am crazy thankful to know her. At our last content shoot (precovid and still with a chill in the air) we had a little fun with some video and I threw together a little something for her with some images I have taken over the years. My edit skills are lacking but it was so fun to create and show another side of her! Shout out to another client and dear friend @shopacutabove @brittneypatty for letting us use your perfect #jaxmural
I had so many caption for this photo of my beautif I had so many caption for this photo of my beautiful couple who married the day before our State sheltered in place. So, lets keep it real. I am one month out from my first post Covid “big” Wedding. I have photographed a few elopements since the world fell apart (in more ways then one..) I am anxious to get back to beautiful gowns, love, laughter, family. With all that has happened in this world in the last few months I realize these events will never be the same, but I see them as reasons to believe in the future, to believe in faith, hope and love.

I have been sheltering in place. I have been hiding from social media. It just became to much. If you know me you know I wear my heart in my sleeve, nothing is ever “just business” it is always personal. I hold peoples worries and fears on my own shoulders right along with mine. My heart was breaking, the industry was falling apart and we started fighting a war that should’ve been over 100’s of years ago. At first I was afraid of not working for months, then I became fearful and afraid for loved ones who were diagnosed with Covid, then I became worried because my beautiful boys mental health will forever be affected by this and I had to choose being a Mother over my business for a short time, then I fell apart when I saw what the world was doing to beautiful humans who deserve every opportunity in life no matter their skin color. I was afraid. Heartbroken. I placed my son in front of every report of protests to reinstate everything I have taught him his whole life. We talked about Americas ugly history. We talked about kindness, empathy, loving people for who they are. He just kept saying “Why?”. I finally said what do you mean “Why”???? He had tears in his eyes and said why would people hurt someone because of their skin color”. Exactly. Why? I will never have the right words. I just know that it is my BIGGEST job to teach this child. Black lives matter, even if he doesn’t see color, and I pray he will always keep his kindness and compassion and continue on to fight for peoples rights.
