“We are so in love, like, crazy in love”…these were the first words Debbie told me about her and Franks relationship. I couldnt have said it better myself. I am so, so lucky in doing what I do to be surrounded by all sorts of love. The newly engaged, the newly married, the newly born, families in love, families celebrating love, all sorts of love. These two have a love all their own. A love that wraps them up so compleltey. A love that you can physically see burning in their eyes. They love each other. That is all. They will love each other forever, “until the end of the world” as one of their very favorite songs states. When I left their wedding that night Debbie told me “Your family now”, that made me little heart almost burst, I would be beyond lucky to be included in such an amazing, generous, loving, and warm family. Frank and Debbie, your love for each other is so real, so raw and unfiltered. I hope your passion will always burn as bright as it does right now. Thank you so much for welcoming me into the most important day of your lives. I can’t wait to watch your story unfold, and (As per Dave Matthews, and a song I know you both adore) watch as you “teach your children to fly”…
Debbie made all the flower arrangements herself. Amazing.
Frank and his family have a special tradition, the Groom gets shaved and a haircut on their wedding day. Special Shout out to my second photographer Eric for capturing the guys pre-ceremony while I hung with the girls.
The Bride and Groom opted to see each other before the ceremony, so that they could get to their reception right away! We had lots of rain that day, but I dont think the rain but a damper on this moment.
Here’s a little “Out take”. I told Frank to whisper a little something into Debbie’s ear…then she looked down and realized the videographer had mic’d him. Here is their reaction. Must have been pretty good Frank!!
Frank and Debbie’s ceremony was probably one of my favorites of all time. Full of ceremony and ritual and history. Beautiful.
And they lived happily ever after…
